With all of the flavour and indulgence that comes with the inclusion of 40% fresh white truffle and fresh eggs, folded through the pasta dough before drying.

Italian Durum Wheat Semolina, fresh Eggs (33.4%), White Truffle (“bianchetto” / Tuber borchii Vitt.) 40%, water, salt, aroma. May contain soy and mustard.
