Perfect stirred through buttery pasta, or even spread indulgently over toasted bread, this sauce has an almost whipped body; light and fluffy as a cloud. Made with genuine Italian Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, it has a deliciously strong truffle and deep cheese depth of flavour. It contains the rare White Spring Truffles.
