A combination of finely diced Champignon mushrooms and white truffle; expertly balanced within this light, flavourful and aromatic sauce. 

 

Ingredients: White Spring Truffle (“bianchetto” / Tuber borchii Vitt.), Champignon mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), sunflower oil, natural emulsifier, salt, spices, flavouring.
